We arrived in Nanchang, unpacked, had dinner where we met the other families and shared our excitement and anxiety........and now we wait...........13 hours and counting................

There it is... the empty crib. For me,that was the singularly weirdest moment of our whole time in China.
I'm counting your 13 hours with you. Soon your crib will be occupied by your daughter.
Right now, Mia is in her crib, not wanting to take a nap. She is calling to me.. "ma, ma... no, no..." It's incredibly cute.
Can't wait to see those first pictures. Take little mental notes of the first time you see her. It'll be very chaotic and hard to remember.
After I got Mia, I took her out of the main room where all the people were into a little side room. We looked in the mirror together - looking at ourselves, looking at each other. Many tears now.... much love to you all
